Kalana ÄÄR is a community and KalanaÄÄR restaurant is our meeting place.

However, this doesn’t mean at all that ÄÄR is a closed guild accessible only to those who hold some mysterious VIP card in their pockets. No! Kalana ÄÄR is a meeting place for all those who believe that life is an experience!
Here, old friends come together and those who don’t yet know that in twenty years they will recall this July date when they first met in Kalana and won’t be able to believe that there was a time when they didn’t know each other.

Between the reefs and the waves is KalanaÄÄR Restaurant.

The building where authentic simplicity of Kalana’s harbour is combined with a good amount of Scandinavian elegance. At ÄÄR, Kalana and the world come together. Seafood from Hiiumaa and oysters of the North Sea. Italian pizza and French wine. And, of course, ÄÄR’s own beer, which tastes good both before and after jumping into the waves!

There’s something new going on here every week – a DJ mixing sound waves with those crashing against the shore, someone singing or telling tales of adventure from land and sea. Children run around just as freely as when you were a kid.
